rich, wholesome food is something that becomes more obvious the more you do it. What does wholesome food look like? If you answer yes to the following questions, then you’re looking at
something healthy and nourishing – tuck in!

  • Is it some identifiable part of a plant?
  • If you tried, could you make it by yourself, i.e. grow it or raise it on a farm?
  • Could you cook it yourself with a recipe at home?
