But this isn’t very much help since, well, of course you will. In fact I would bet my last dollar on the fact that you’ve likely “cheated” a little in these last few days. But that’s OK. Why? Because
we’re all human. Because life is messy, because things get complicated, because maybe that one time you were starving and all they had at the gas station was hotdogs. I get it. Cheating happens,
because life happens.

And really, perhaps we shouldn’t even be calling it “cheating”. There’s no game, there’s no winning. You build a healthy lifestyle the same way you build an unhealthy one: slowly and gradually. Messed up a bit on the way? That’s cool, just get back on the path as soon as you can. No need for guilt and punishment.
